Stewardship Prayer
Gracious God,
During this season of Easter, we know that your Son has offered us a peaceful awareness of his presence. He is always with us, but most times, we do not slow down enough to become aware of his presence. Help us to slow down and appreciate this gift, and come to a deeper understanding of his life and ministry through the power of your Spirit in our lives.
Help us recognize those moments when Your Son has rescued us, healed us, and reconciled us.
Increase our trust in him, show us how to reach beyond ourselves to witness his presence to others, and give us the wisdom to be better stewards and sacraments of Christ’s presence each day.
We pray this in Jesus’ name.
